Experience

Jamie comes to us after being one of the founding members involved in the creation and management of a complete player development system (Grassroots to Pre-Academy) for the NY Red Bulls over the last three years. (Formerly MetroStars)

His main roles and responsibilities were;
Create club and team specific development programs for over 70 youth soccer organizations, (Education was provided in; team training development plans, age specific development curriculums, coach education programs, player assessment tools and tryout methodologies).

Managing 60 – 100 professional trainers each year in the states of; NY, NJ, PA

The top end of the youth development pyramid which he helped create was to develop one of the first pre-academy programs in the MLS.

Personal Background

• Jamie is from Wales in the U.K. After playing soccer for Exeter City F.C as a youth trainee and professional, he went to University in London.
• Jamie has been working in the U.S since 2001 and has taken him to every state on the East coast and now over to the Midwest.
• Favorite soccer team is his home town of Swansea City F.C.
• Favorite U.S team is the New York Red Bulls.
