Qualifications

• 3 years Director of Coaching and integral member of forming – Grove United Soccer Association

• 23 years coaching at the High School level. 18 years at Palatine High School, as the Assistant Varsity coach for both Boys and Girls, Speed and conditioning trainer and goalkeeper trainer for the program.

• 5 years Grayslake High School Boys Goalkeeper coach and Assistant Varsity Boys and Girls

• 3 State Championships & 10 state tournament appearances.

• 16 years Owner/Director of Final Touch Soccer Camp for goalkeepers and field players. specializing in finishing and Goalkeeping.

• Individual player philosophy – Develop each individual players skills in the mental and physical aspects of the game of soccer, taking into account each player develops at a different pace and understanding of the game.Help the player to recognize and develop to their full potential, as well as gain self-esteem and confidence.

• Team philosophy – Develop the player’s abilities in the understanding of teamwork, respect to teammates and individual roles on and off the playing field in order to maximize the success of the team as one unit.
