Dear Parents,
In our attempt to continue to move our club forward, we are in the process of creating a FIVE year club development and financial strategic plan.
From a club development standpoint, we shall be looking at the following areas:
- Marketing Initiatives (Building our Brand in the community)
- Strategic partnerships (Local schools, businesses)
- Program structure from Academy to High School ages teams
- Fundraising
- Uniforms and Blazer wear
- Fields (Indoor and Outdoor for Training and Games)
- Trainers (Licensing, team assignments)
- Club website/Communication
We would like to request direct feedback from your past and present experiences from within our club, as well as ideas for potential areas of club development.
